What's new

Starting October 30, new Bolt database tables are private by default, so an app needs explicit permissions to read or write them. Bolt sets up the permissions when it creates a database; existing databases are not affected, and you can ask Bolt to fix table permissions if you see an error. (2026-10-30, source)
